Today, 29/01/2023, on Sunday morning, a surgery R1 was assaulted by a patient's relative. A complaint (FIR) has been filed against the accused and he's currently in police's custody. Victim is completely safe and sound. That matter has been closed for now.

But in a meeting between higher authorities of CHA and JDA which was held afterwards, we tried to reach to the root of the cause, so it seemed like that such types of incidents are occurring because of the current system like ECG is not being done on time, servents issues, nursing staff's issues etc. We all know that there are many major issues because of which residents has to suffer a lot.

And we tried to address those issues today, but shockingly our MS and Ad.MS are not aware of those issues.

So it has been decided that from now on, to avoid these types of incidences and to help improve the system, there will be a monthly meeting between JDA and all the higher authorities of CHA (MS, ADMS, Nursing Supritendent, RMO, Servent Incharge, etc.)

And first meeting is planned tomorrow (Monday) at 3 PM.

So we request everyone to tell us your internal problems, thoughts to improve the system or issues which aren't addressed yet and we'll address them to the higher authorities.

Everyone can contact their respective JDA Representatives or can directly contact any of us and help us improve the system.

It's high time that we address these issues so residents can work in peaceful environment and no such events occur in the future. So please everyone send us valuable thoughts.
