The water on the streets of Florida can cover the height of one car fully. The worst thing is, flood attacked the unpredicted part of Florida. It was predicted that Tampa will be the place flooded, so the students and people there were evacuating from their dormitories or houses, however Tampa remained untouched, instead it hit the other parts of the state.
