1. set goals for the whole year and divide them into months, weeks, etc.
not only 1 or 2 goals like - IELTS 9, University and blalala.

second, only these for the whole year???
so, I think, categorize your all goals. f.e. resolutions for education, health, money, family, etc...
let's say books for education and other tests. f.e. 24 books for the year, 2 books for a month, 1 book for 2 weeks...
+write a certain time for achieving goals. f.e. 29 February I will get a 9 from IELTS)))
briefly, the important point is setting goals than not any.
P.S. if you don't start these, pls set goals. I think without these, we won't know what to do and what are our goals.
